Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Overview
This policy explains what you can and cannot do on the Beyond This Stone platform and what content is allowed. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including owners, invited editors, and visitors. It works together with our Terms of Service. Beyond This Stone is operated by FRITZSCH HOLDINGS, LLC.
2. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for everything you add, including photos, videos, biographies, timeline entries, links, and tributes. When you add content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to use and share it.
- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have permission to create or edit a memorial for the person or pet it honors.
- It does not break any law or violate anyone's rights.
3. Content that is not allowed
Do not add content that:
- Is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity.
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence against people or groups.
- Is sexually explicit or obscene.
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents who you are.
- Shares private information about someone without permission.
- Is designed to deceive, defraud, or scam others.
- Contains viruses, malware, or anything meant to harm the Service or its users.
- Is spam or unsolicited advertising.
4. Respecting the purpose of the Service
This is a memorial platform. Please use it for its intended purpose: remembering and honoring people and pets. Do not use memorials or tributes to attack, shame, or harass anyone, living or dead.
5. Tributes and moderation
Owners and editors can choose whether tributes publish automatically or need approval first. Whatever the setting, we may review, hide, or remove tributes or other content that breaks this policy. Owners are responsible for moderating the memorials they control.
6. Reporting content and copyright notices
If you believe content on the Service breaks this policy or infringes your rights, contact us at support@beyondthisstone.com.
For copyright concerns, send a notice to support@beyondthisstone.com that includes:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the work you say is being infringed.
- A link to or description of the content on our Service.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them.
We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.
7. Our rights
We may review content and, at our discretion, remove content or restrict, suspend, or close accounts that break this policy or our Terms. We are not required to monitor content, but we may do so.
8. Consequences
Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, loss of access, or account closure. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the authorities where appropriate.
